ADHERE-LV IRON, ALUMINUM AND STEEL PHOSPHATIZER

A specially formulated, pre-paint treatment primarily developed for economical steam or high pressure phosphating of large ferrous and other metal components. The conversion coating provides corrosion resistance (including the prevention of flash rust) before painting and improves the adhesion of subsequently applied finishes, such as paint or powder coatings.

Directions for Use

  • Prepare surface first by removing dirt, oil and grease with PREP-RITE cleaner.
  • Apply ADHERE-LV at 1-5% at 160-180̊ F (60-82̊C) preferably with a hot water pressure washer. Then, rinse with water.
  • Allow to dry completely before powder coating surface.

Jet-washing products

FINESSE

A multi-metal safe, concentrated powdered detergent. Charge machine to 1.5% by volume (1.5kgs FINESSE for every 100li water) and run solution at temperatures from 170-190F for best results. As mentioned, with these closed loop systems, once the machine is charged, you will only need to add small volumes of "top up" to maintain strength. Depending on how much use the machine gets, maybe you’d be adding a scoop etc. every couple of weeks?

FINESSE MULTI-METAL ALKALINE POWDER CLEANER

A low foaming powdered high temperature automatic parts washer cleaner for all metals. It is used by engine rebuild shops, mines, railroads, transmission shops, etc. to remove carbon, oil, paint and other contaminants from various parts and equipment in automatic parts washers.

Directions for Use
  • Remove excess grease prior to application
  • Dilute FINESSE to 1 - 1.5% concentration and use at temperatures ranging from 76 to 82oC (170 - 190oF) in automatic parts washers

LUXOR PRIME

Similar to above but our newest product in this category is slightly better cleaning capacity than our FINESSE so where the cleaning requirements are a little heavier, might be a slightly better option. Use in same manner as the FINESSE, except suggested starting concentration is 2% by volume (and try to maintain say 1.5% as a minimum for best results). As for foaming issues, these generally do not happen as long as concentration is between 1-2% by volume.

Dairy Farm

A water-based general purpose cleaner and degreaser, PHALANX is CFIA approved making it ideal for the cleaning of dairy and food processing areas, milking parlour and barn walls and floors, farm equipment, sidewalks and walkways.

PHALANX CLEANER & DEGREASER

Is an effective all in one all purpose cleaner & degreaser. After dilution, Phalanx can be used to degrease engines, clean white wall tires, vinyl and plastic cleaner, concrete floor cleaner and so much more. It effectively removes carbon, dirt, tar, oil & grease stains, etc.

Directions for Use
  • General cleaning like vinyl, plastic, etc. - dilute product up to 1 to 60 with water.
  • Heavy Duty cleaning & degreasing- dilute up to 1 to 20.
  • Concrete floor cleaning/degreasing- dilute up to 1 to 5.
  • White wall tire cleaning & Engine Degreasing- dilute up to 1 to 1.

NOTE: Do not allow cleaner to dry on surface. Rinse thoroughly with water.
